Usage

This section describes permitted usage of SigmaTEK trademarks.

• The first time SigmaNEST is used in a document as a product name, it must be followed by the ® symbol. It is normally placed in a superscript position if the rendering medium permits it—for example, "SigmaNEST® V6.0".
• The first time any other product trademark is used in a document as a product name, it must be followed by the ™ symbol—for example, "SigmaDuct™".
• When a trademarked slogan, such as "Nest with the Best" is used as a heading or slogan, it must be followed by the ™ symbol the first time it is used.
• Any trademarks that appear as adjectives within the flow of text are not accompanied by trademark or registered trademark symbols. Any example of this usage might be, "The second item on the SigmaNEST file menu?".
• A footnote acknowledging SigmaTEK trademarks and registered trademarks may be used in lieu of the corresponding symbols.
